Welcome to our 2025 Impact Report, Pathways of Hope. This year, we reflect on a tumultuous year of collective breakthroughs, renewed spirit, and deepening of our most important personal and professional relationships.
Pathways of Hope offers vibrant multimedia content including:
An embracing video letter from Executive Director Kamatara, who introduces us to the year’s theme with an uplifting message of fostering hope in challenging times;
Infographics showing Circles USA’s most recent economic outcomes, which show our Circle Leaders making “leaps and bounds” in critical areas like employment and education, moving in their communities from surviving to thriving;
Highlights from the 2025 National Leadership Conference in Ogden, Utah, featuring our most dynamic VIP speakers ever, a host of expert breakouts, our first-ever Cliff Effect Day, and keynote addresses from four courageous and audacious Lives Transformed honorees;
Reports on national staffing, systems, and curriculum updates to better serve chapters—including big news about our Big View Policy Platform language and National Big View Team initiatives;
